Terms of Service.

Plain English summary. Use Aevon legally and fairly. Don't abuse the platform. We provide it as-is without SLA guarantees (except Pro plan). Credits don't expire. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Aevon account or using the Aevon API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free tier and credits users.

2. Use of Service

Aevon provides an AI API gateway that routes requests to third-party model providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, and others. You acknowledge that:

  • Requests are routed through Aevon's Singapore-based infrastructure before reaching the provider
  • Response quality depends on the upstream provider's performance
  • Aevon does not guarantee uptime or response times except on the Pro plan
  • You are responsible for complying with each provider's usage policies

3. Account & API Keys

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share keys publicly or expose them in client-side code. Aevon is not liable for unauthorized use of your keys. You may regenerate or revoke keys at any time from your dashboard.

Key security. If you suspect your key has been compromised, revoke it immediately from your console and generate a new one. Credits used by unauthorized parties cannot be refunded.

4. Credits & Billing

Aevon operates on a credit-based system. Free credits are provided on signup and do not expire. Purchased credits also do not expire. Credits are consumed per token as billed by the upstream provider plus Aevon's gateway margin.

  • Credits are non-refundable once consumed
  • Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase at our discretion
  • Pricing may change with 30 days notice
  • Free tier models consume zero credits

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Aevon to:

  • Generate illegal content or content that violates provider policies
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the gateway
  • Resell API access without written permission
  • Use the service for automated spam or malicious activities
  • Reverse-engineer or probe Aevon's routing infrastructure

6. Limitation of Liability

Aevon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or upstream provider failures. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Aevon in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, abuse of the platform, or at our sole discretion with 7 days notice. Remaining purchased credits will be refunded upon termination initiated by Aevon.
